🎯 AIM AND OBJECTIVES

Our initiative is to equip youth workers with an innovative methodology that enables them to effectively integrate accessible digital tools into their professional practice. This approach is specifically aimed at supporting and encouraging young people in their creative and artistic endeavors, thus meeting their desire for expression through contemporary digital mediums. By providing a playful framework that aligns with current trends, our objective is to contribute to the development of young people's self-confidence,

digital skills, personal expression, and identity through encouraged artistic practice.


We are committed to making digital and creative skills accessible to all young people, with particular attention to the use of free smartphone applications. This will enable young people to actively engage in digital creation projects autonomously, thus enriching their experience and engagement.


By equipping youth workers with the necessary knowledge and tools for implementing digital creation activities, we aspire to promote an inclusive and avant-garde pedagogy. This includes the exchange of best practices among youth workers and international cooperation, thereby enriching the professional network and the quality of youth work.


The expected outcomes also extend to improving the quality of youth work, strengthening organizational capacities, and creating a strong network of youth workers across Europe. The focus on international cooperation and the exchange of best practices aims to enrich and diversify pedagogical approaches in the field of youth, thus contributing to the development of a dynamic and innovative community of practice.


🔍 PARTICIPANTS' PROFILE

  • 18 - 30 years old

  • eager to learn more about digital and creative tools;

  • have a good level of English;

  • are available for the entire programme of the training.


💱 COSTS

The food and accommodation will be provided and paid for by the organisers. Travel costs will be counted based on the distance calculator of the European Commission and reimbursed by bank transfer after the course (in EUR) through the sending organisations. The maximum travel cost according to the distance calculator for Armenia is 580 Euro.
