🎯 AIM AND OBJECTIVES
The main aim of the training course is to equip 14 youth workers and young professionals with competences, methods and tools in order to:
Enhance skills for working with marginalized young people through digital tools.
Create safe and accessible virtual youth spaces.
Strengthen the capacity to reach marginalized young people with information.
Support equal access to educational environments through digital solutions.
Develop digital ethics and critical thinking among professionals working with youth.
🔍 PARTICIPANTS' PROFILE
Youth workers, young professionals and volunteers actively involved in youth work, who:
are interested in and willing to develop/upgrade their competences in the youth work related to the outreach of information to marginalised young people, digital technology;
can communicate properly in English;
express the need for enriching knowledge on new non-formal education digital tools;
are open to networking and sharing experiences with other youth workers;
are committed to taking part in all sessions.
💱 COSTS
The food and accommodation will be provided and paid for by the organisers. Travel costs will be counted based on the distance calculator of the European Commission and reimbursed by bank transfer after the course (in EUR) through the sending organisations. According to the distance calculator for Armenia, the maximum travel cost is 309 euros.
⚰️ DEADLINE
The deadline for applying is 08 October 2024 at 23:59 Armenian time. Hurry up, as we have limited time related to visa issues and will make the selection on a rolling basis, which means when we get applications, we start evaluating them immediately, so first come, first served.
