🎯 AIM AND OBJECTIVES

This project is designed to promote Non-Formal Learning through which representatives of the partner organisations will share personal and professional experiences, contribute based on their competencies, work collaboratively, irrespective of background and develop a programme which will meet the following objectives:

  • Objective 1: International cooperation between experienced and not experienced Organisations and individuals but also between target groups, youths and youth workers who aim to eliminate discrimination and marginalisation through social inclusion practice.

  • Objective 2: To increase opportunities for youth workers to share practice and learning of social inclusion of minorities and refugees activities to bridge cultural and national differences, to work with diversity using non-formal learning methods.

  • Objective 3: To develop networking and to leave an efficient impact for the next Erasmus period on the topic of social inclusion and intercultural learning

  • Objective 4: To develop skills and competencies to youth workers and organisations for improving solidarity and social awareness.


Furthermore, we will try to answer the following questions:

(a) how the structure of the society changes over the time (within months, weeks, days),

(b) What is the impact of this wave of refugees on our life and us as organisations

(c) What is the role of any NGO and youthworkers, project manager, to the new situation that appears/is developed.


🔍 PARTICIPANTS' PROFILE

Partners NGOs will send 1-2 youth workers/representatives (20 + years old), preferably decision makers in the partner organization or youth workers with experience in refugees, diversity and social inclusion. (Also, priority for the ones who work as trainers or facilitators or project managers in Erasmus+ projects).

Profile:

  • Have knowledge and previous involvement in organizing and designing Activities in the topic of Non-formal learning and Intercultural learning and in youthwork.

  • Have basic experience on Tools and KITs of Erasmus+ and practices of Non formal learning.

  • Be ready to support visibility during and dissemination after the project Activity of the topic.

  • Have basic skills in digital and media technology.

  • MUST be able to communicate and write fluently in English

  • Will have a laptop or a tablet (One per organisation)

  • Priority to participants with fewer opportunities (social, economic, health, geographical barriers)

  • Will support the visibility of the project process and content.


💱 COSTS

The organisers will provide the food and accommodation and pay for it. Travel costs will be counted based on the distance calculator of the European Commission and reimbursed by bank transfer after the course (in EUR) through the sending organisations. According to the distance calculator for Armenia, the maximum travel cost is 305 euros.

The deadline for applying is 24 March 2025 at 23:59 Armenian time. Hurry up, as we have limited time related to visa issues and will make the selection on a rolling basis, which means when we get applications, we start evaluating them immediately, so first come, first served. Don't wait to apply.
