🎯 AIM AND OBJECTIVES

Our youth exchange program aims to empower young participants with a comprehensive skill set and mindset that will enhance their personal and societal development. Through interactive workshops, discussions, and hands-on activities, the project helps to develop a

deeper understanding of the dynamics of communication with other people in various contexts.


During the project, the participants will:

  • Understand the dimensions of communication skills including verbal, non-verbal, and digital communication.

  • Discover other culture’s habits and differences

  • Experience the benefits of working in teams

  • Come up with their ideas and share it with others

  • Deep dive into the topic of employability and its connection with communication skills

  • Learn about the important communication skills a young adult needs to excel in relations with other people and thus become more engaged in their community

🧠SHORT ABOUT ERASMUS+

The Erasmus+ is the EU's programme to support education, training, youth and sport in Europe. Its budget of €14.7 billion will provide opportunities for over 4 million Europeans to study, train, and gain experience abroad. This activity is a youth exchange. Youth

exchanges allow groups of young people from different countries to meet, live together and work on shared projects for short periods. Youth exchanges take place outside the school environment. On a youth exchange, you can expect to participate in activities such as

workshops, exercises, debates, role-plays, outdoor activities and more. Participants' learning experiences are recognised through a Youthpass, just as will be on this project too.


📍VENUE

Balaton in summer is the most popular destination for young people, because of its iconic places and beautiful natural sights. It provides the possibility for sunbathing on the shores, swimming in the lake, going for a hike in the nearby forests, checking the view from a hill, partying on the beach or having a night out with friends.

Our accommodation will be in a city on the southern side. We will be a huge group of young people at one of the best locations in Hungary. The hotel is cosy, and there are many

places to visit around, along with shops and other necessities.

Participants will be accommodated in 2-4 bedrooms, where you will share rooms with people from the same gender, but maybe from different nationalities. The hotel has a garden, a huge gathering place, a pool, and it’s close to Lake Balaton. There are huge gathering places where we will hold our sessions, chill areas, and fun activities to do at night.

All meals are provided by the organisers at the venue. The travel costs for Armenia will be reimbursed up to 395 EURO.
